Leaders By Design is a leadership development and consulting firm focused on providing executive men with the skills to effectively lead a diverse workforce in a global business environment.

Leaders By Design uses performance improvement models, methods, measures and programs for leadership development and executive coaching to help executives recognize the cultural and interpersonal differences in the workforce in order to successfully lead.

Through personal and leadership assessments, analysis of skills and experience, and individual coaching over a 12-month period, male executives will better understand their strengths, leadership capacities and opportunities for continued growth and development.
